Feature 1: vivah jewelry

Vivah Jewellery is one of Canada’s largest independent jewellery chains. The business is based in Toronto Ontario with over 45 locations across Canada. In the spring 2016, we worked with Vivah to build the company’s new e-commerce store.

• Our design maintained the previous website’s layout, while adding new functionality for online shopping.  As well as improving the websites aesthetics, we customized the backed for easy access and revisions.

• New checkout functionality was built for store pick-up offered across 44 store locations across the country.

• In addition to credit card gateways, payment options for Paypal and in-store checkout were integrated.

• Website product pages were improved with larger images, intuitive sizing charts and zoom functionality for product display.

• The website was developed on WordPress (content management system), which is fast, user-friendly and reliable for store managers.

  The new website is intuitive for both customers and store managers. Furthermore, the online store is fully mobile-responsive and SEO optimized. Most importantly, since launching their new e-commerce store, the company has been able to transact and ship a higher volume of online sales.
